Our Process

1. Creative Stage

After your deposit, a warm welcome email kicks off the journey. Complete the creative brief and schedule your fitting with us or simply go to your local tailor. Your artist will start sketching and a mockup of the suit is sent over to you! Before you know it, your dream suit is ready to come to life.

The creative process is super fun! We can’t wait to make some magic with you.

2. Production Stage

Once you lock in your embroidery design, its time for us to get to work. Our skilled production team cut your pattern and fabric then hand over the pieces to be embroidered.

When complete our tailoring team take over to put your suit together in true REIGNER fashion. After the suit is constructed its time for any embellishments. Then it's wrapped up and sent to you!

3. Post-Production Stage

When your suit is ready, we wrap and box up it to send to you or to our Melbourne store to be picked up.

We make sure that our suits have plenty of seam allowance so they're easily altered for the perfect fit. Those outside Melbourne can take their suits to be adjusted at any local alterations shop.

Then you're ready to dance the night away.

How do I get started?

All our custom suits and shirts begin with a deposit that is purchased online. If you have any questions for us before you begin, then please reach out to us via our Customs Enquiry form.

How long does it take?

Our customs embroidery process can take 12-16 weeks from start to finish. We aim to turn the suits around faster but depending on response time to artwork as well as production capacity we ask you allow this amount of time when ordering.

Custom regular tailoring can take between 6-12 weeks depending on design complexity. Regular plain fabric suits much quicker.

Let us know your deadline and we will always work to accommodate it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $150 - we got you!

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! The end to end process can be completed entirely online.

What if my suit doesn't fit?

Our highly skilled tailors make all our garments with plenty of seam allowance, so on the rare occasion a fit isn’t 100% to-die-for, you can take it your local alterations place to make any small adjustments you need.
